What can I say? This villa is perfect. A WOW from the moment you walk in! Lee and I stayed with my 2 teenage daughters for 2 weeks. We hired a car which was delivered on day 3 of our stay, for 5 days. On these days we drove out to Troodos mountains, various beaches and the lovely Laneia village. the rest of our time was spent relaxing around the pool and walking into Pissouri square (That kept us fit!) The bars and restaurants in town are great, a lovely atmosphere at night. A meal in Hill Top View restaurant is great for a special occasion, but our best meal (ever!) was at the Bunch of Grapes.
The facilities at the villa are perfect. Modern, spacious, everything you need. Pool is fab, location is great, views stunning, every sunset different from the last. Can’t wait to return 😊

We enjoyed 2 weeks here and didn’t want to come home. The Villa is comfortable and the views are stunning. Everything you need to enjoy a family holiday.

Loads to do and see locally. Great produce available at the local supermarket and there are plenty of high quality restaurants and bars on the doorstep.

My husband and I have just returned from a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. It is light, spacious and airy with a modern open plan layout yet it feels like a home from home with everything you could want to chill and cook a nice meal and relax from the multiple balconies or enjoy the beautiful view from the back terrace with private pool (lovely big supermarket a short drive down the road). However, it is also a short walk from beautiful Pissouri village where we were spoilt for choice with multiple amazing restaurants and bars. The local people are warm and friendly and make you feel extremely welcome and we have returned feeling truly relaxed and recharged. We can’t wait to visit again and with the spacious 3 bedrooms which will allow 6 people to stay we may invite friends to enjoy this beautiful relaxing haven!

Just returned from a lovely holiday at your wonderful villa in Pissouri. Villa exceeded all expectations, with everything provided. So refreshing to see that all the main things were there, and we didn’t have to go shopping for every little item. Just like being in our own.home. Thank you

Everything about the Villa was spot on the Villa had everything that was required for a perfect stay. Location was perfect just a 5 minute walk to Pissouri Village & Just a 5 Min drive to Pissouri Bay. We would have no hesitation booking this Villa when we return to Pissouri. Thank you Janice and Graham for providing an amazing villa. There were 5 adults in our party but it doesn’t feel cramped and provides everything you might need. The pool area is a lovely to spot to watch the the sunset, or sunrise!
The beach is a 5 min drive and we enjoyed many days down there as well as trips to Paphos and Limassol which are again only half an hour in the car. There are many restaurants in the village within an easy walk although it is quite steep in places, the food makes the walk back worthwhile though! Absolutely loved our thoroughly relaxing stay and would love to venture back.

An excellent location, villa and fantastically clean and presentable property indoors and out. We had such a lovely stay, the welcome folder & recommendations meant that we could fully explore and enjoy new places easily. Thank you so much for our stay- 2 adults and 2 children have had a great experience here.

A week back home in the UK has made me miss every inch of that Pissouri Paradise. The pastoral view from the pool balcony is a perfect vista whilst sunbathing or reading. The pool is refreshing and sizeable for length swimming if you are so inclined. Equally drifting around on a lilo is a delightful way to spend an afternoon. The villa itself is spacious both downstairs and upstairs, where if you need a break from the beach you can do so leisurely without feeling cramped. The location is perfect with a dozen great restaurants within walking distance, as well as a supermarket and medical centre a short drive away. I cannot wait to return!

We are about to depart and enjoying the last moments in the outdoor area, so comfy and relaxing. Our first but not the last time we hope, to stay in this wonderful home which has everything thing you need and more. A great location to explore near and far.

Clean, modern, bright, spacious & finished to a very high standard. Full of everything you could possibly need with wonderful views & a lovely pool. I am usually an all inclusive hotel snob and this was our first time hiring a villa & car as a family and we had a fab time pottering around. It’s an easy drive from the airport & great location for exploring further afield. The restaurants in Pissouri square are only a few minutes walk down the hill or it’s a short drive down to Pissouri Bay for more. Highly recommend Symposia for an ‘upmarket’ Meze in the Square. Jan & Graham have provided a fantastic ‘Bible’ of information to help you make the most of your stay. Highly recommend!

Just returned from a week in this l lovely 3bed villa in Pissouri. The villa had everything you could wish for and even had a washing machine and dishwasher. The rear terrace and pool where amazing and the sunsets in the evenings where some of the best I have seen. A short drive to Pissouri Bay, and even though you could walk to the village, the hill is very steep so being lazy we drove. In the village there are some lovely restaurants our favourite being ‘The Hideaway’. If you want somewhere for a chilled, relaxed holiday this is a lovely location with very good hosts. We will definitely be going back at some stage.

Another fabulous holiday in Pissouri. The villa is perfectly located and we couldn’t have wanted for anything more. Light airy and very well appointed. The new pool cover keeps the temperature constant for some lovely evening swims taking in the gorgeous sunset views. We certainly look forward to our next visit. Ps the new restaurant in the village called Symposio is a great choice to add to our other favourites like The Hideaway and The Bunch of Grapes.

Just returned from week in this fantastic, spacious 3 bed villa. Lovely modern, light and airy accommodation with gorgeous views of the sea and saw some amazing sunsets.
The two single beds in one of the rooms are more like small doubles and so comfortable.
All facilities provided which included washing machine and a dishwasher.
Great location to walk to restaurants in the evening and only a short drive to Pissouri beach. Half an hour from the airport.
Throughly enjoyed the villa and would highly recommend it. Definitely going back.
Also great to have downstairs toilet when 6 people staying.

Had a fabulous stay here. Lovely large clean house, well equipped and lovely comfy beds.

Just returned from 4 fabulous weeks in this lovely house. Fantastic views from the rear terrace which is fitted with lovely quality furniture. Pool is great.
The house is fully equipped with everything you could possible need and very comfortable.
The house is in a great position and only a very short walk to the beautiful pissouri village.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this house to my family and friends. We will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed here for two weeks in October. The climate was perfect, between 28-30 Celsius for the duration. The property really was superb. Very well furnished throughout, and all the kitchen has every utensil and appliance required. The views from the rear sun terrace are far reaching, and the sunsets are stunning. We’ve paid to go on sunset excursions on various holidays, and this place has them ‘thrown in’ every evening for free! The pool and outside seating area are lovely, and the pool itself can be secured by a gate for family’s with children. An awning is fixed to offer sun protection and parasols and plenty of loungers and cushioned sun beds are present.
Pissouri village is a short walk, with plenty of bars and decent restaurants. The location was perfect for us as we had hired a vehicle and were able to get about the island. I would recommend hiring a car, as pissouri is not to far from the main motorway and once on that everything is reachable.
We would certainly recommend this property, and will be looking to book again in the future.

Just returned from 2 weeks and we didn’t want to come home as the apartment was like home away from home.
Clean and modern with everything you need whilst enjoying time away. Even managed to come home with mostly clean clothes due to there being a washing machine.
Beds were so comfortable and the outside lounge area was a big hit with husband. We enjoyed leisurely breakfasts and evenings before and after returning from the village.
Kids loved the swimming pool, just outside the back door. It was great for a quick morning swim or cooling off after a days adventure around the island.
Thank you so much for an AMAZING stay. We will be back. 5 star accommodation. I could not fault it.

Fantastic holiday nice and relaxing.
The apartment is perfect, clean, light and airy with a homely feel and equipped with everything we required.
Situated in a quiet location easy walking distance from Pissouri village.
Would recommend a car to explore.
We went to the Amphitheater in Pissouri to see tribute band Queen, great fun and good night out would recommend.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at the apartment. Truly home from home. Lovely location and village square only a short walk. Would recommend hiring a car to really explore the area.

We had a wonderful time at Jan and Graham place. It was home from home having everything we needed and more.
We took a 10 minute walk to the Pissouri village which has bars and restaurants. I would say it’s better if you rent a car so you can travel about...as we visited Paphos, Troodos mountains and Limassol as the road are great to drive on.
